Speaking of obsidian blades

"Obsidian is used by some surgeons for scalpel blades, as well-crafted obsidian blades have a cutting edge many times sharper than high-quality steel surgical scalpels, the cutting edge of the blade being only about 3 nanometers thick. Even the sharpest metal knife has a jagged, irregular blade when viewed under a strong enough microscope; when examined even under an electron microscope an obsidian blade is still smooth and even. "

"Good quality obsidian fractures down to single molecules which can produce a cutting edge 500 times sharper than the sharpest steel scalpel blade (‘American Medical News’, Nov. 2, 1984:21). On the cellular level an obsidian knife can cut between cells rather than tear the cells as a steel knife will do. A sharper cut will allow a wound to heal more rapidly with less scarring."

As a disclaimer, this is far from a comprehensive list of genders, sexualities, kinks, etc. This generator is to be used as a prompt starting block and I highly encourage exploration of terms and topics that do not appear on these lists.

Hey everyone, my friend empty-crayon-box made a cool generator for you guys!  Like she said, sexuality’s an immense and individualistic thing so there’s no way for all options to be included in one generator, but this could be a good starting point if you’re having trouble coming up with diverse characters.  Remember, if you get something you’re not familiar with, make sure to do some research before you try writing it, and researching things beyond these lists is a good idea too <3

[7/7 tomlinshaw au’s for ann’s bday] reach for the last snack item at the same time au

but if there’s one thing nick and louis can’t do it, it’s share.[x x]

it’s been three months and four days since nick moved in with them and louis hasn’t been able to share a goddamned thing. through a garbled, half told story harry found out it started the time louis wanted polo’s but nick took the last packet from the shops or something. whatever the case, it means bickering and yelling.

anything from cereal to hot water in the shower or the couch or even dinner food, nick and louis just don’t play nice. really, it’s gotten to the point where harry’s not sure if it’s because they genuinely dislike sharing or it’s just a big game.

“It’s not our job to toughen our children up to face a cruel and heartless world. It’s our job to raise children who will make the world a little less cruel and heartless.”

— L.R. Knost

To me ‘they lived happily ever after’ means to be happy with yourself! My parents always taught me that being happy has to work without Prince Charming. My life is completed without a prince but it’s nice of course to have someone who loves you and fights for you.
